Rotary District 5470's G-Line, Assistant Governors, and District Committee Chairs are invited to come together for a facilitated Strategic Planning session focused on the future of our district.

This is an opportunity to step outside of our individual roles and look at District 5470 as a whole: where we are today, where we want to go, and how we can create greater continuity, clarity, and impact across district leadership.
Who Should Attend
This planning session is intended for:
- G-Line
- Assistant Governors
- District Committee Chairs
Your perspective is an important part of this process, and we strongly encourage all invited district leaders to participate.
What to Expect
Our facilitated session will focus on the district's strategic direction, leadership continuity, club engagement, roles and responsibilities, and opportunities to strengthen how District 5470 operates and supports our clubs.
The work completed during this session will help establish priorities and provide greater continuity across future Rotary years.
Pre-Planning Homework Required
A homework assignment will be provided to registered participants prior to Strategic Planning and must be completed before the October 18 session.
Please plan time to thoughtfully complete the assignment before arriving. Our facilitated discussion will build directly from this pre-work, allowing us to spend our time together discussing priorities, working through ideas, and developing actionable direction.
Homework instructions and materials will be emailed to registered participants prior to the event.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for registered participants.

Registration
There is no cost to attend District 5470 Strategic Planning, but advance registration is required so we can provide the DoubleTree with an accurate headcount and prepare materials for the session.
Please register by October 1, 2026.
Additional information, including the final schedule, Strategic Planning homework assignment, and planning materials, will be provided to registered participants prior to the event.
