Registration is now open for the Tri-District International Project Fair, bringing together Districts 4110 (Mexico), 5470 (Colorado), and 5520 (New Mexico/West Texas) on August 21–22, 2026, at Colegio San Patricio in Ciudad Juárez — just across the border from El Paso.

Project fairs are one of the best ways to find international partners for Global Grant projects, connect with Rotarians doing remarkable work in their communities, and experience the internationality of Rotary up close. Clubs from all three districts set up displays for projects that need funding partners, you walk the floor, you talk to the people running them, and you leave with partners for a Global Grant or other community project. Whether your club has a project to showcase or you're just exploring, you're welcome.

FIRST — JOIN THE ORIENTATION NEXT SATURDAY, JULY 25

Before you go, come to the Project Fair Orientation on Zoom, Saturday, July 25 at 10:00 a.m. If you plan to present a project — or make a pledge on behalf of your club — this hour will save you a great deal of guesswork.

We'll cover:
• Welcome from all three District Governors: Marina Gonzalez (4110), Donna Hood (5470), and Jeff Weinrach (5520)
• Project presentations: how to present effectively, including translation and captions, handout content, display visuals, and 3-minute videos
• Forms: a walkthrough of the online Project Abstract 2026 and how to complete the project and pledge form correctly. Please note that every Project Abstract submitted must include your Rotary Global Grant number.
• Budget: why a clear budget and a complete community needs assessment matter
• Preparation: get clear instructions from your club on the pledges you're authorized to make, and take Global Grant Training in the Rotary.org Learning Center beforehand if you can
• Coordination and logistics: registration and hotel reservations, border crossing arrangements, transportation to the hotel and to Colegio San Patricio, and arrival and setup times

TIPS FOR NAVIGATING THE REGISTRATION SITE
The site is hosted on a Mexican event platform, so a few labels are in Spanish. Here's what to expect:
1. Fill out the participant form first. Under "" (country), select Estados Unidos. Choose your district (5470 or 5520) from the dropdown and enter your club and city.
2. Answer the transportation question. If you want the $65 border-crossing shuttle, mark "Y" for TRANSPORTATION NEEDED and fill in your arrival and departure dates to and from El Paso or Juárez.
3. Then pay via PayPal. US Rotarians from 5470 and 5520 pay through this link: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/BYNTM5QULVN9U — use the same name you registered with.

HOTEL
A group room block is available at the Marriott in Ciudad Juárez — staying there puts you right in the heart of the event with your fellow Rotarians. Reserve here:

And don't forget your passport — you'll need it to cross the border!
